Mike played college golf at the perennial top-5 program, the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mike has over 20 years of teaching and coaching golfers of all abilities. He focuses his lessons on each individual and enjoys the development process required in the game of golf. Winner of the 2025 West Tennessee PGA Teacher and Coach of the year, Vance provides both indoor and outdoor lessons year-round.

Garrett McCraw is a former four-year collegiate golfer at Union University who is passionate about helping players of all ages and skill levels improve their game. His teaching philosophy focuses on building a swing tailored to the individual rather than fitting golfers into a one-size-fits-all model.
Drawing from his experience as a junior, collegiate, and professional competitor, Garrett emphasizes repeatable mechanics and the mental side of the game to help players perform with confidence on the course.

In addition to teaching at Jackson National, Garrett serves as the Head Middle and High School Golf Coach at University School of Jackson.
